Refund Policy

Returns

We have a strict no refund policy, all sales are final, once an order is placed we can not offer a refund, unless told otherwise.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We do offer exchanges on items that arrive damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, you have only 10 days after delivery of your item to request an exchange, any order past 10 days of delivery is ineligible for an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number, receipt, or proof of purchase. 

To start an exchange, you can contact us at info.breakingheartsss@gmail.com. If your exchange is accepted, we will direct you to the nearest return center in your country. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

You will be responsible for paying any, and all shipping costs to return an item. All orders returned will not be refunded their original shipping cost. We suggest purchasing shipping insurance, or using a shipping service with tracking numbers, because we can not guarantee we will receive your item. We are not liable for any returns lost or stolen in-transit.

If your item stops functioning within the first 30 days, we will replace the item for free. To be eligible for a replacement, the item must be in the same condition it arrived in, and in the original packaging. We require the order number, receipt, or proof of purchase to complete your replacement.

Refunds (if applicable)

If your order is eligible for a refund we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
